1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gamsph ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gamsph online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, games, and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account on gamsph, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and close your account.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, email address, and valid government-issued identification. You must verify your identity through our KYC (Know Your Customer) process before making withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Each person is permitted only one gamsph account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. If we detect multiple accounts linked through IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or other identifying information, we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed as authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated such activity. You must immediately notify gamsph of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected fraud involving your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you failed to maintain adequate security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

gamsph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other approved payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, though bank transfers may take 1-4 hours depending on the issuing institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification for deposits exceeding ₱50,000 to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposit limits may be set by the user as part of responsible gaming controls.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts (typically ₱200) and completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you within 1 hour of submission. After this cancellation window, the request enters processing and cannot be reversed. Any attempt to abuse deposit/withdrawal processes for purposes other than genuine gaming (e.g., using gamsph as a money transfer service) will result in account closure.

3.3 Transaction Fees

gamsph does not charge fees for most deposits and withdrawals. However, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, banks) may impose their own fees, which are outside our control. For bank transfers exceeding ₱50,000, a processing fee of 1% may apply. International transfers are not supported, and any fees incurred by incorrect payment details provided by the user are the user's responsibility.

4. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

4.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on gamsph are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of each bet before confirmation. gamsph reserves the right to void or adjust bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, irregular betting patterns, or when game results are affected by external factors beyond our control. In the event of game cancellation or voided bets, stakes are returned to your account.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and may be adjusted without notice. Players who consistently place irregular or suspicious bets may be subject to reduced limits, enhanced monitoring, or account restrictions. All bets must be placed in good faith for entertainment purposes only; betting patterns consistent with arbitrage, advantage play, or collusion may result in voiding of bets and account closure.

4.2 Game Results and RNG Certification

All casino games (slots, video poker, table games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested by accredited laboratories including eCOGRA and iTech Labs. RNG certification ensures fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes that cannot be manipulated by gamsph or any player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results for individual sessions. Game results are final and binding once displayed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days through customer support, accompanied by relevant transaction details. We reserve the right to review game logs and video footage to resolve disputes.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, bet voiding, and fund confiscation:

• Use of bots, automated software, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or play games
• Collusion with other players, including sharing cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage

• Money laundering or using gamsph to facilitate illegal financial transactions
• Using stolen payment methods or depositing funds not legitimately owned by you
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any gamsph software or systems

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

gamsph offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. These terms are detailed on each promotion's page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires ₱30,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements - slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Players may set these limits at any time through account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours, though they may be decreased immediately.

Self-exclusion allows players to voluntarily exclude themselves from gambling activities for periods ranging from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Violations of intellectual property rights will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

gamsph provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.

gamsph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with use of the Services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of gamsph shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for losses caused by internet connection failures, power outages, server downtime, payment processor errors, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of technical malfunction affecting game results, we will endeavor to resolve disputes fairly, but our decision shall be final.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your gamsph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method after all pending transactions are settled.

gamsph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the platform
• You provide false information during registration or verification
• We are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities
• Your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account)

Upon termination for cause, gamsph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, void outstanding bets, and pursue legal remedies for damages incurred.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of gamsph Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, with proceedings conducted in Metro Manila. Each party shall bear its own costs, with arbitrator fees split equally. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent gamsph from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
